Purchase this with ocbc frank card promotion thus it was an excellent deal. Although it was a 15mins walk to the pick up point from national stadium, the ride was comfortable to the selected drop off at Jurong East.

It was quite a long walk from the stadium (about 10 mins walk). but coach was comfy and we reached tampines in about 15 mins! it was a good alternative to calling a grab.

very easy and the experience and location was accessiible but not so far from the main crowd. Totally would recommend to anyone . Bus was clean fast and super obvious. After TS which i was able to rest on my way back :)

convenient way to get back to our hotel! we just chose the station where we are nearest and took the MRT from there. we just kind got lost since there were only limited ushers to guide us (in our case, we only saw one person with the sign). but overall worth it so u can save the hassle of commuting from stadium station!

the walk to Decathlon stop was 15 minutes away from the stadium. we never saw any of the promised Wagon signages and had to find our way through. however the wayfinding, the scanning of QR was a breeze and we arrived at Dhouby Ghaut quickly.

Services could have been improved if there are people holding signs leading to the stop right outside the stadium. Comfort wise the bus was tidy and there was water onboard. Immediately left also after the bus was full.

Best way to get home after a concert without having to jostle with the crowd in the MRT. Driver understood the assignment and play Bruno Mars in the van as we headed home after a Bruno Mars concert. Kudos.

easy to locate as they shift their pick up point, its about a little bit above 5min walk just follow the signboard along the way. friendly ushers and the bus ride was nice. overall a very satisfied customer.

Pick up location was about 15 mins walk from Stadium, honestly it was alright because it’s way less crowded compared to waiting at Stadium mrt. Got 2 tickets after Taylor Swift N6, unfortunately when we reached before the stated leaving time, the bus already left. Super grateful and appreciated how the staffs were so quick to find us a solution! Truly a pleasant experience, thank you to the guy who constantly reassured us 🥹

was a 10 mins walk then i sat comfortably on the bus, hassle free. Pick your struggle guys, Fight the crowd at stadium or walk 10 mins to AVOID crowd and take a comfortable ride to your nearest mrt. would recommend :) (ps. your female staff was so friendly and even complimented us)
