• Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are from Hotels/Residences located within a 5 km radius of Twin Towers, as most of the hotels are located around there
• If you are staying out of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, kindly take a taxi/Grab and wait for us at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur. If you need pick-up from outskirt hotels, you may talk to the local operator about the additional charges which can be paid directly upon pick-up
• Outside food and drinks, except those for infants or for participants with special medical needs, are not allowed inside the venue dangerous materials, sharp objects, personal surfboards, body boards, or tubes are prohibited inside the venue
• This activity can accommodate pregnant women and disabled participants. However, please note that the transfer vehicle cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs
• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please do not leave them unattended
• In the event of inclement weather, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities or shows for the guests' safety. Please note no refunds will be issued for these reasons

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
