It happened to be my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel sent a thoughtful card with well wishes and a small food cake. The room layout was suitable, the hotel staff provided excellent service, and the decor was very tasteful. The gym facilities were good, and the pool was quite large. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the environment was comfortable. The sukiyaki set for two at dinner was very unique. I would consider staying here again next time I visit Guangzhou if I have the chance.

The transportation is convenient and the hotel room is comfortable. I prefer harder pillows. They are provided. The breakfast environment is great and there are many different food choices. I am very satisfied.

Not close to city centre but facilities are very new and comfy rooms arranged by hotel. First time using computer assisted phone call assistance for room service and robot delivering requested items.
The staff at this hotel were polite and had an excellent attitude. Specifically, because I have difficulty walking and needed a wheelchair, a staff member named Leon proactively and kindly helped push my wheelchair. Additionally, the sukiyaki dinner was also quite good.
Delicious breakfast! The room is new and clean. The only drawback is that it is far from the subway, but the stay is very comfortable and the price is well worth it.
