The ticketing arrangements worked very easily. Our QR codes were sent well beforehand and the process for entering into the station and onto the train did work. One important thing for travellers - when you scan the QR code to get your ticket remember to keep the QR code as you need this to exit the station when you're getting off. If you do that it's so easy!! We didn't on our first trip - then all was OK.

My 2nd time taking SKS, but this time it was on Nozomi, my first SKS ride was on Hikari some years back. Kobe - Kyoto is 30min tops, saved the time by alot compared to taking regular subway. Just need to open up Klook app to load the QR Codes, scan the QR code at the blue gntry and you are good to go!

Booking is super easy and clear, but a downside is that the QR code cannot be saved to the Wallet; instead, it's moved to the gallery. This means that at check-in, you always have to go past the control staff instead of using the automatic gate. A photo from the gallery doesn't work at that gate.
