highly recommended near the HK bus line and it is in the city center of The old quarter where you can access near by stores the staff is also friendly and helpful we even left our luggage in the lobby after we checked out and had a 1Day tour in hanoi and wait for our trip to sapa at night. service:💯 cleanliness:💯 hotel location:💯 transport access:💯
