They ask us the same questions several times.
They don’t communicate each other at all.
Try not to ask things to them.
We asked them the baggage shipping, and they asked me weather we paid for at least 4 times by their stuff.

The food ( breakfast) is not in a good quality. Room’s rates are overpriced and the staff doesn’t understand our English. Non-smoking rooms could smell the smoke.
