Nice and quiet good for relaxing. Breakfast need to improve a bit like the taste of the sausage. the soup for noodles is not that hot. all in all im ok.Friendly staff! ❤️

Price point is very attractive but location wise not that ideal, might end up spending more due to taxi to/fro. You can walk from city square but beware of the roads/vehicles if you know what I mean. Definitely not recommendable to walk during night time. Room is clean and daily room service is good. Free breakfast but seems average for me. Overall, a good stay for budget travelers.

good value for the amount I paid and the suite and facilities were generally great. Only concern I have is the location, as the car park entrance is via a small side road and the hotel in generally, is a little secluded, not advised to walk at night.

We booked thinking it was the holiday inn near city square. Turns up this holiday inn express is in the middle of nowhere. All is acceptable except the location and breakfast with lots of tourists. It houses bus loads of tourists.

the check in time is 3pm, but when I reach at 4.30pm the staff informed the room is still not ready and need to wait for another 30 minutes. Other than this, all other components are above average.
