we had a great stay this time in holiday inn. staffs were friendly. the only point to improve would be the cleanliness, when we sat on the sofa, it was very itchy. sofa pillow cover were dirty.

hotel location: Near to CIQ and was so convenient. Only the lift abit inconvenient, we stayed level 31, and we have to transfer level 1 to level 8(lobby) and transfer to opposite lift to our level.

the hotel location is superb as it's just above the 2 malls (Komtar JBCC and City Square) so lots of options to eat, shop and massage. the hotel view is also very nice as it's overlooking the jb city center.
