AMAZING ! Fab location, comfort, and modern amenities. The room itself was cozy and has streaming TV apps and regular Japanese TV. The hotel is also conveniently located to next door bars and restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Anything you need for a Tokyo first timer was met ! Thank you 🙏

This hotel located 5-8 min walk from Tokyo train station & Bus terminal (which has direct bus from Narita Airport). It has accesses (mostly stairs and 1 elevator) to Yaesu Underground Shopping Street. Perfect for offloading your shopping before you go for 2nd round. Staff is friendly and able to communicate in English. Room is compact and comfortable. Staff cleans the room everyday. Overall it is a good stay. Just take note when booking, make sure the fee is reflected in your local currency, so you would not be charge extra exchange fee.

small hotel and single rooms are also relatively small but comfortable. The staff were very helpful but struggled a bit with English. The hotel has no lounge or restaurant but it it very close to Yokyo Station and was perfect for transiting to and from Hakuba ski fields.

small hotel in a backstreet but very close to Tokyo Station. staff were polite and helpful and spoke English. There is no lounge area or restaurant although the staff willingly booked me a table at one nearby. The room was small suitable for one person may be small for a couple.

Loved this hotel! The rooms are slightly bigger than usual and of course are very clean. it offers free coffee, tea and apple juice in the reception area. The location is also very close to the Central Yaesu Exit which is where the gates for the Shinkansen are located. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel as well.
