a perfect place for Matsuyama tour. located one minute walking distance from the shuttle bus station. also free welcome drink and ice cream (limited time). At breakfast 5 different mikan juice + Sea Bream Sashimi Bowl. amenities include almost everything incl cleansing milk, toner, tooth brush/paste etc.

Good location next to Matsuyama station, easy access to Okaido, big shopping street, and famous Dogo onsen hot springs by tram. 2nf floor is the front desk/lounge for free drinks and soft ice cream/breakfast restaurant. The public bath is on 3rd floor. Room size is the Japanese standard, more storage space under the bed. Breakfast offers various food, many local cuisine and food, and 6 different kinds of local orange juices from Ehime.
