friendly and helpful staff. Extemely big loft room on the first floor that faces a quiet carpark. Not used to not having a fridge, kettle, iron,l and slippers within the room. Shower pressure is good. Lights can turn up the brightness.

exceptional location - right in the middle of everywhere. Warm and hospitable staff; Moritz was warm and nice. Bar area was hip and modern. Would definitely recommend and we are definitely coming again to "Stars are not made, they are Born".

Nice location, near the train station, convenient. Staff are nice and would recommend places to visit. Room is clean. A bit small in size but acceptable.

Hotel is great. Klook and expedia did not meet my expectations..they reall do not have "mercy" in terms of bookings despite their shortcomings. Hotel is willing to refund but they are not.
