Special check-in instructions
· All children are welcome.
· Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids (12 years old and below)
· We do not set up an extra bed.
· Early check-in / late check- out may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
· Floor preference may not be guaranteed. Room number is assigned at the time of check-in.
· Our hotels are non-smoking establishments. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and fines will be charged to violators.
· Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

· Starting June 1, 2025, we will allocate one entire floor for you and your pets with a non-refundable PHP 600.00 pet fee per room per night. Dogs and cats should be fully vaccinated for rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus and parainfluenza.
