They were very nice. We were allowed to check in earlier so that I could do my makeup for my graduation, and I am very thankful to the staff. As always, they provided excellent service. The coffee shop is superb as well, taking care of my parents and my nephew.

the hotel, especially the staff was really nice. food is great as well. the location was not in the actual city proper, but nearby. so there are only few accessible/walkable places like 7/11. if you want an easy access food places, there are only very few options. but you know Grab food is the key. Sharyn’s Cansi house was around 10mins walk away.

cleanliness: The hotel as always is clean, towels are fresh and i love that they change the color of the towel mat to gray service: it was my first time to use the pool, i was early so the pool was not yet cleaned but it was still fun to swim early
