お値段もコスパ、大分駅から徒歩6〜7分で、別館の温泉（徒歩3分位）も楽しめて、よかったです。建物は古いです。 朝食はお弁当をもらい部屋で食べるのですが、白飯と鮭が美味しかったです。 スタッフの方も対応よくて、気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

宿泊先から50M程度でしょうか。目の前の信号を渡った所に提携先のホテルがあり、そこの温泉を利用できるのが良かった。
