Premier Double Room with Direct Pool Access · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

Decent for the price but could still improve. Pools were nice and the kids enjoyed. Love the idea of having private pool access right when you step out of the room. However, toilet seat was dirty. Paid for extra person but did not even receive extra towel. Front desk not responsive during our stay. These are minor inconveniences but would make a great impact once improved.

We had a great time with my family and friends. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the place was very comfy and relaxing—perfect for a getaway. However, the food was a bit pricey for the quality, so we preferred to order takeout or bring food from outside. Overall, a wonderful and cozy place to stay!
