We arrived around 2:40 PM for a 2:00 PM check-in but still had to wait about 30 minutes because the room was not ready, finally getting in past 3:00 PM. I requested an extended checkout to make up for the delay and, after some discussion, was granted a 1:00 PM checkout. While the check-in experience was frustrating, all staff were polite, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. When I had an urgent Wi-Fi issue due to remote work, they quickly provided a backup connection, which was very helpful. We booked an Executive Suite expecting a bathtub based on online photos, which was important since we were traveling with a toddler. However, we were informed that bathtubs had been removed years ago and that the photos were outdated, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet has noticeably improved compared to last year and is now served at Gerardo's restaurant. Overall, despite a few issues, the stay was comfortable and deserving of a 4/5 rating.

The location is near the airport. The room is very clean. But most of all the hotel staffs from the reception to the house keeper, to the service staff fr their restaurant and the driver of their Hotel service are all very nice and accomodating. Plus point is their food which is so tasty. I will definitely recommend this Hotel.

Accommodation was perfect, the room and amenities also.. Just want to suggest to improve food options during breakfast, and prepare something that everyone will surely like.. Over all it was great my family really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—near to airport with easy access to shops and restaurants. My room was clean, spacious, and superb ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning.
