the location is extremely convenient with lots of food options, close to subway and even a supermarket within a minute walk. Room is very spacious and staff are very accommodating and helpful with any questions or issues you have.

comfortable beds. clean rooms and hotels. near trains stations. it is between Watanabe and Fukuoka train stations. though, malls are much near in Fukuoka train station. We stayed 6 nights, buffet breakfast menu changes everyday for 2days. so repeat menu on the 3rd day. it is noted that buffet breakfast is Ok with many choices.

very close to metro. hotel is neat and looks like renovated recently. have free welcome drinks and room is considerably big comparing to other japan hotels

rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. staff were courteous and helpful. free use of the onsen is an advantage for this hotel. this hotel is located near a subway station, a grocery, and some convenience stores.
