The staff are very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They clean the rooms every day and provide all necessary items. Whatever I request, like the HDMI cable I needed, they are able to facilitate. Overall, we are very satisfied and happy customers.

Overall, the hotel and resort are nice and beautiful. However, during our stay, we experienced some difficulty with the toilet. It took a long time for the water tank to fully fill, making it hard to flush properly. Despite this, it was a good stay at the hotel.

We had a nice stay at Microtel. Overall, we are satisfied customers. It's just that some of the things in the hotel are too old, like the towels. Although they are clean and laundered, I think it would be nice to have some new towels, especially white ones. Overall, it's very good. They clean the room every day, and all of our belongings were safe and secure. The ambiance in the pool area is very nice, though the beach is not very good due to many rocks.

It was an excellent week staying at Microtel. The staff are polite, approachable, friendly, and attentive to guest needs. The environment is quiet and spotless, with spacious rooms that provide plenty of room to move around. I thoroughly enjoyed their diverse breakfast options, which are both appealing and delicious. Microtel by Wyndham Boracay is ideal for solo travelers, families on vacation, and anyone seeking peace and tranquillity. Mr. Marlon, the driver, adds a welcoming touch to the place. Pros: I love how the location is not crowded and less tourist. For someone who prefers a quite place, I highly recommend this place. The food/happy hour is also the highlights. kudos to the chef and staff. Cons: The beach front need some work!!!
