I only stayed for one night after going to Milford Sound, but this place was so nice, I wish I stayed for another night. It was super clean and the room was amazing with 2 beds and a couch. I loved the balcony as well, it definitely made the morning a lot better.

Wish we could give this hotel 6 stars. Lovely, spacious and quiet room, comfortable beds, great bath room, very helpful staff, walkable location to restaurants and tours in Te Anau. Highly recommend Asure Explorer Motel.

Solo stay

Very nice place. Easy to walk to the Main Street with restaurants. Room was smallish but clean, nice and comfortable. Nice seating area with a sofa which is a good touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet, no noise from neighbours. Free parking outside your room.
