There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to Cannaregio 4322 or 4385To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in takes place at the nearest water bus stop (vaporetto stop) or at the property's reception office, located in Cannaregio 4322 and Cannaregio 4385; the office is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Mandatory fees
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:
Deposit: EUR 250 per stay
A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 2.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.00 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
