1) the water would run hot and then cold. Never hot and cold at the same time 2) the breakfast is horrible 3) I felt there was no privacy as the curtain would not close al the way 4) the coffee was not replenished on the 2nd day of my stay, and then it was only replenished with the cheapest brand.

Everything about Serenity Lakeside Resort was wonderful. The pool was great, our room was great, the staff were kind and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about Serenity. We can't wait to book with them again.

Great
Big room and very quiet (very far away from patong but very close to the red mountain and loch palm courses) but too many mosquitoes and spotty wifi. Mosquito net would be needed for a good night sleep.
