スタッフの多くが外国の方でしたが、マナーや言葉遣い、どれをとっても丁寧で頑張っておられました。
お部屋も清潔で、お風呂もゆっくり入れました。24時間いつでも入れるお風呂、ごうかなお食事に癒されました。またぜひ伺いたいです。

Deux jours superbes dans le luxe à la japonaise avec un onsen prive dans notre chambre et une vue sur le Fuji dans le onsen privatisable.

Great location, the room was updated but the rest rooms and the front lobby and more importantly the big bath need updates as well. Their service and foods were excellent definitely I can recommend to anyone who like Japanese style hotel.
