Special check-in instructions

We only allow maximum of 5 persons per Crusoe Cabin regardless of age. Please make sure to book enough cabins for the exact number of people going to avoid any problems upon arrival.

Please be advised that upon check-in, our front desk associate will secure Php 2,500 incidental deposit which is refundable upon check-out for any other consumption that you may incur during your stay.

Also, we are collecting Php30 per person for ecological fee.  

Kindly be advised that our standard check-in time is at 2PM, and standard check-out time is at 12NN. All special requests are dearly noted but it will still be subject to availability.

PET POLICY

We allow pets in all of our Cabins, Cocoons and Apollo. We allow small\toy pets not exceeding 20lbs. Maximum of 2 pets per Crusoe Cabin and Apollo and 1 pet per Cocoon with pet fee of Php1500net per pet.

Please be advised that your pet must be on a leash when outside the cabin and on a kennel/carrier. They are allowed to stay around the cabin, boardwalk and beach area. (not allowed in Aquaria Water Park and restaurants).

QUIET TIME

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, we encourage the Quiet Time Policy in all rooms and balconies between the hours of 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Thank you for your cooperation.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the resort premises, including the guest rooms/accommodations. Any violation of this policy, or damages caused by smoking, will result in cleaning and restoration charges billed to the guest’s account.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Your safety and security remain to be our utmost priority, kindly see below update travel requirements for guest of all ages:

1. Please make sure you have a confirmed reservation.

2. Booking confirmation letter.

3. Valid Government-issued ID for all guests. For minors, please bring a copy of the birth certificate if valid government IDs are not applicable.
