Great traditional Japanese Ryokan. They were comfortable with foreigners and did thier best to make us feel welcome. The Onsen was a wonderful and the dinner and breakfast provided were amazing. Probably some of the best Miso I have had. If you are not familiar with Onsen, I recommend watching a YouTube video or two to get an idea of what needs to be done. It is about a 15 minute Taxi ride to the Zao Fox Village, which is worth visiting as well.

古い旅館でしたが、清潔感があって良かったです。朝食付きの一泊のみですので、サービス云々は言わないです。温泉は風情もあって良かったです。機会があれば2〜3泊したいですね。

温泉は湯船は大きくないが、泉質・温度がよく何時間でも入っていられるくらい心地よい。食事について、朝食はいい。ただ夕食が、率直に言ってもうひとつではないだろうか。何かお客様にインパクトを与えられるものがあれば、もっと評価が高くなる。

とても感じの良い女将さんが丁寧な対応していて良い旅館でした。 部屋はエアコンも完備されており、特に不備はありませんでした。お風呂は少し小さく、洗い場も質素な感じに思う人も居るかもしれませんが、私的には本物の温泉かけ流しなので全く問題なかったです。
