The cleanliness of the room was poor. I wouldn’t sleep under the blankets. Stains and some hairs. Don’t look under the bed - gross. The bathroom had a toilet seat which was broken and a stained bathtub. The area is not pleasant to walk in. Sidewalks are broken. I would not stay there again.

It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city.

It was a terrible stay and I do not recommend anyone staying here. They are crooks and liars. We booked in November and our room wasn’t ready. There was a supposed mistake. Then the wanted to upgrade us and charge us for their mistake. I had to argue with them about it being their mistake we shouldn’t have to pay more. They put us in a lower priced room that we paid for and we left after the first night. Then they asked for more money claiming the room wasn’t paid for. They are crooks and liars. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Beside the above - poor location, and rooms smell of smoke - NO English speaking staff (all through google translate)

This hotel has been permanently closed due to Covid-19 situation. Still not yet refunded yet. Wish other customers don't get through what I had. Hotels.com should update the availability.

Hotel was clean, safe and in a good location with great local food on your door step as well as more western style food across the road. Hotel has some shutters on the exterior for noise which no longer appear operational, these would be great to get working again as the noise from the local pub on the weekend can be very loud. The showers were also no good as water flooded the bathroom and required the entire use of all towels each day to remedy. We would stay again however so do not let this put you off.

Stayed here for several days. Considering the decent price, facilities/rooms are good enough. Some staff can speak OK English, but some others are not. Because of the location and address, taxi, grab or delivery services might be in troubled if they don't know that area, even receptionist explains the detail on the phone, sometimes they take longer time to reach out than I expect. There's no laundry facility as it explained in the description at the moment of 2018 June, there is laundry service with some costs instead. Moreover, this building is not "non-smoking" while it explained "Smoke-free property". Ashtray is everywhere and no separation with non-smoking and smoking. Breakfast buffet is provided, it's ok for quick bite. But do not expect too much.

The first room I got smelled so I requested a new room. The reception nicely accepted my request. The room then was in good condition to stay. Breakfast is very delicious and the waitresses were very pleasant.

Great
I had a good stay here although the mornings were spoil by some street-goers making announcements over the microphone from as early as 8am. But this is by no fault of the hotel. It may also be on the days I was there. Unlucky me? But perhaps if you are on a better side of the hotel (another room), it might be better. I am not sure. but it is not a huge issue. especially if you are an early bird. The bed, the room and bathroom are all terrific. I was staying on the 9th floor the highest with rooms. I wouldn't recommend it as it was close to the kitchen on the 10/11th I saw a lizard in my room. But I was ok with it. Better a lizard than a cockroach I guess, at least they help eat those little bugs.. haha. Also, I had to made some changes to my booking and Anna Hong of One Hotel was very helpful and responsive. She also speaks and write in good English. Great! Overall, I think the stay was brilliant. The hotel seems really popular with Koreans, or maybe its opened by one. Koreans are great, I love them. they are a lot more polite, compared to say ...some more rowdy nationalities -if u know what I mean.

Fantastic
What was suppose to be a Week In Hanoi ended being 2 on Business. Hotel is about 20 mins from Old Quarter and somewhat hard to find for the Taxis. However I choose to come back to Hotel because it was very Clean with Friendly & Helpful Staff and overall quite. Pretty decent Breakfast selection. Taxis usually waiting outside so no problems for transport although most of the time I used Uber. Very reasonable Mini Bar unlike most hotels which charge a fortune for even a coke. I will stay here again soon.
