We had a nice stay at Le Charme Suites, It was our second time to stay there since it is located near the Subic Yacht Cruise. We also liked their service except this time when we had a thrilling experience with their electric kettle. It was in my parents’ room which had a problem with their kettle. When I plugged it on and turned back for a minute it got a little fire on the cord near the plug. Thanks God I was able to managed to plug it off. I hope they got to check their kettles every after a guest. (Still thankful that my senior parents didn’t try to do it by themselves)

The complimentary offerings are also a great touch, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail and guest satisfaction. This was our second visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. We find ourselves returning not only for the consistent quality of service but also for the excellent buffet, which remains a standout feature. Overall, it’s a hotel that justifies its price through a combination of service, ambiance, and experience.

Pros: Few walks to Royal Duty Free, Adidas Outlet and Nike Outlet. Staff are nice. Check-In was a smooth process, online check-in form is great. Breakfast served is filling. Cons: Thorough cleaning because we found false lashes in the shower closet. Overall, it was a great stay and definitely would recommend in case you are going to Subic for retail therapy.
