everyone is very kind and accomodating. this is out first time to visit Japan and they made our stay feel welcomed and very safe. Hotel is highly recommended so many stores just few steps away from location. the Train station is a plus plus for this location, helped us navigate quickly to places we want to explore. thank you so much for making our stay extra special.

The staff is amazing! I will definitely be coming back. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Be ready to walk, we didn't mind walking because it gave us the time to observe our surroundings. The hotel is Dog friendly!

We enjoyed our stay here but the room was really small and it was hard to open our luggages and sadly they had no bigger rooms available. Still the staff was super kind and told us we could leave them at the front desk to make it easier to move in the room

we have stayed at the ICI multiple times. every stay is awesome. the ICI in Asaksabashi is my favorite hotel in all of Japan. they have the best service, wonderful property, very clean and everything you need. you are very close to many good restaurants and train stations. highly recommend!! even better if you are a dog lover.

So happy we chose to stay here while in Tokyo! The room was neat and clean and it was the first time we actually slept well while in Japan due to the great room-darkening curtains. The room itself is a bit on the smaller side, but it has everything you need! Staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was easy and flexible. The hotel's surroundings were also nice: Asakusa is a great neighborhood to stay in while in Tokyo. There's plenty of things to do and see within walking distance and there are a lot of good restaurants/pubs around the hotel. It's also very close to the station, but despite this, there was no noise from it at all! Would definitely stay here again.
