I’m very impressed with the service level at this hotel right from the time after booking when I wanted to clarify some areas before arriving in Japan, the responses from various staff at Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station was very prompt. Since the first day I arrive on 13 October 2026, all staff I met along the way show very professional and experienced services and always with a smile, special mention is Front Desk lady, Maki Ohrui. Thank you everyone at Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station for making my stay here so comfortable.

We’ve stayed at Karaksa Hotel three different times, and we still love it! The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s so convenient for travelling with children. It’s become one of our favourite places to stay in Tokyo. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Japan!

We love Karaksa Hotel! The location is super convenient, right next to Tokyo Station and the airport limousine bus stop, with easy access to the Pokémon Café and plenty of shopping nearby. The hotel is very clean and child-friendly, making it a great choice for families travelling with kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay near Tokyo station. We booked as 4 adult and 1 child, they provided 3 super single bed and 1 extra bed. The room was spacious, the complimentary freeflow snack and beverage at the lobby was very generous. Complete amenities in the room and lobby are of high quality product. Even the pyjama feel luxurious.

location is very nice and convenient. it is very close to a bus station going to airport and tokyo station esp if you ride the shinkansen with lots of luggage. the hotel has unlimited free drinks like soda, coffee, ginger ale.. you can fill your tumblers before going to your tours. open from 10 am up to 12 midnight.
