駐車場の誘導や朝食でのスタッフ対応はとても良かった。朝食も美味しかった。 ただ、部屋でお酒を飲むのに氷か欲しかったので、ビニール袋に入れて300円での提供はできると言われた。最近のビジネスホテルでは製氷機があるところが多いし、旅館でも無料で氷を貰えていたので、とても残念だった。 和室の部屋なのに、部屋と廊下を仕切る襖やドアがない。

ひろめ市場へ行くのに徒歩１０分程度で近くていい立地です。 客室の畳がところどころ凹んでいたり、曲がれていて、危ないと感じることがありましたが、大浴場や朝食バイキング会場は清潔感があり良かったと思います。夜間の廊下での他のお客さんの物音や、カラオケルームでの歌声が客室まで響いてきて、気になることもありました。 また、朝食バイキングにおいて、私が視覚障害者であることもありますが、ヨーグルトにかけるブルーベリーソースがうまく出せず困っていた時、スタッフの方が急に何も言わず取り上げられ何も言わずに対応された時にはとても驚いて不快な気持ちになりました。しかし、ドリンクバーの烏龍茶が切れていて他のスタッフが近くにたまたまみえ、声をかけた時には快く対応してくださり気分が良かったです。

この時期、感染に気を配るのは分かるが風呂の脱衣所に椅子が無いのは自分のような膝や腰が悪い者は非常に使いづらい。 部屋のテレビも上に付けすぎで寛ぎながらテレビを見れない。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応が事務的でホスピタリティがない気がした。 まぁ、価格が安かったから良しとしましたが再度泊まろうとは思わないかな。
