Had a really great stay at Koko Hotel; location is so convenient as it is near Hakata Station (and near the usual meeting point for tours if joining Klook tours). Breakfast is simple but great that coffee is available all day. They have public bath too which is nice!

very near convenience stores and hakata station. love their 24/7 free coffee and simple breakfast. staff are accomodating. only downside is, it only have 1 elevator and their washing machine and dryer needs cleaning
