Have good stay at the hotel. The front desk staff (cannot recall the name but a guy without spectacles) very nice to assist in our check in. Location near the Ueno Station.

very close to the Ueno Station (both Subway Line and JR Line), as well as the Skyliner. The room is clean, no weird smell. The staff is very polite, and the check in and check out process is smooth. There is also a several of convenience stores nearby.
