good location, clean room. second time staying here. only issue is the water pressure for the bidet is too low.

nice hotel with a view. it’s my 2nd time staying in this hotel. love the convenience of supermarket, Jaya Grocer just below the lobby and Mr DIY, hardware store beside. lots of nice eateries nearby within walking distance room is clean with most essentials and comes with daily buffet breakfast which is not too bad if you’re not the fussy eater. quite a variety of choices.

Stayed at Austin park hotel as an impromptu trip to JB. The room was relatively clean for a 3 star hotel. However, the shower area can be easily flood.

good location to stay for the nights. there we’re supermarkets at the ground floor of the hotel. we also get at chance to walk outside of hotel and had Lok Lok on our first night. a good location for resting.

highly recommend for the price point. Very clean and great service. Super easy to book through Klook!

Location is good, near alot of eatery, massage and karaoke. Aeon mall is also a grab ride away. Simple breakfast buffet is included. Downside is can only check in at 3pm and they enforce strictly.

This was not my first time staying at Austin Park Hotel. Whenever I think of Mount Austin, the place that came into my mind would be this hotel. Between my stay from 21 to 23 Oct 2025 (3D2N), there was one male front staff who assisted me with the card access to level 3 in the lift. It turned out I forgot about my room card and I was grateful to the staff who came to my rescue. Another thing I noticed was the helpfulness of the breakfast staff who saw my father had some difficulty in his walking, he guided and served my father a cup of coffee when my father could not managed to do so.

1 night staycation with family, big room for 3 of us with amenties, lots of cafes and restaurants so food not an issue..nothing much to shop, but can go MidValley before checking in..many massage spas and 3 KTVs
