The hotel is very nice but understaffed. The view is beautiful. If you are planning to go to Legoland, it is not advisable because of distance. No nearby mall. Only grab services.

Stayed in the suite. Quite enjoyed the stay here with no major issues. Room was quite clean though the mini fridge was broken. Didn't visit the hot springs as there was a tub in our room, and water pressure of the shower was good. Breakfast area was not air conditioned and there might be a queue during peak periods. The staff was nice and great. Location wise, nothing in the immediate area, but close enough to Mount Austin and various malls.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bedsheets and pillows were all comfortable with a very functional air-con. Location is in between mid valley and mt austin - so you’ll need to travel out via grab/car as there are no food places or convenience stores nearby. But this also meant that the environment was quiet and peaceful. The first room assigned to us didn’t come with a bathtub, even though our booking stated that the bathtub is included. We managed to swap it after clarifying it with the hotel staff - apparently there is a booking error between the room type specified on klook vs the one on their website. But overall it was a good stay! We had plenty of rest
