overall a great service apartment. entire unit is very spacious. Great for a family of 4 to 5 pax. Facilities is great, our washing machine was not working at first but maintenance manage to replace it. The 2nd bathroom hot water isn't working as well, but that's fine for us since master room bathroom was working very well.

The room is huge, the staff are very polite and friendly from security guards to hotel staff. Definitely will go back if I am heading back to KL. Come with complimentary free parking. Walking distance to Rapid MRT, KL Tower, KLCC, Pavilion etc. there are cafes at the hotel outside itself. Near to Selection supermarket and MacDonald.
