Kayabacho is around the CBD (business district) area. Hence, it is less crowded at night as compared to Shinjuku and Shibuya. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk away from Kayabacho Station, which runs Hibiya and Tozai lines. In general, hotels in Japan is expensive and small. We spent ~$310 for 3 nights here, which is decent for a stay in Tokyo. Though they only do light housekeeping daily, like replace our towels and clear our rubbish bin, you can request to make the room if you stay longer than 2 nights.
