Solo stay

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I should share my experience. Unfortunately, this hotel was very basic and did not feel worth the price we paid. The rooms were a bit dated, and the swimming pool felt confined within four walls and wasn’t particularly inviting. There were also very few amenities available—no iron for guests and not even basic utensils that I could borrow to cut and eat some fruit. Overall, the hotel felt very bare-bones. After one night, I decided to check out early and book another hotel at a similar price point, and the difference in quality and overall experience was significant. This may work for travelers looking for a simple place to sleep, but it wasn’t the experience I expected for the rate charged.

Staff were very nice, room was great. Even appreciated glass bottles for water. Breakfast in the mornings was also well done. My only feedback is the pool looked a little cloudy.

Good
Everything was great up until check out. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never been charged for a 25 cent lost plastic room key card. They charged me 500 baht. Equivalent to about $17 USD. Ridiculous. You lost my business.

Room was clean and cozy, very quiet as well - we didn’t hear noise from the hallways at all during our stay! Breakfast was great with an omelette/egg station cooked to order and some western options as well as excellent Khao Soi one particular morning. Pool area was small, clean, and quiet and the shaded areas were phenomenal when we needed a break from the heat. Free bicycle rentals to use when we wished, what a nice perk. The best part about this place was the people - everyone was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. I had come to the front desk to ask for bandaids and was sat down and fully patched up right there! Did not expect that but staff absolutely went above and beyond taking care of us. Would absolutely stay here again when in Chiang Mai next.

A great place to stay in the middle of old town with a very courteous and helpful staff. Convenient, walkable to various landmarks and countless spots for food/drinks.

Great
I stayed after Song-gran, school closed. So, it's not crowded and easy to walk around seeing attractions closed by. Nice quiet, friendliness staff are helpful, and clean are what I am satisfied.

Well located away from any noise but easily accessible to local amenities. Only 100 baht in a tuk tuk into the main area by Bazaar market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy coffee shop attached. The cooked breakfast was very tasty.
