My family loved the vintage charm of the hotel, a mix of filipino hospitality and japanese luxury interiors. Our room was clean and comfy. We also had a superb gastronomic experience from their varied cuisine in Coco Cafe to their authentic japanese resto on the second floor Hatsu Hana Tei. The staff were all kind and accomodating too. Sadly, we were not able to enjoy the pool since there was a typhoon during our stay. Nevertheless, it's a Five Star stay for us. We'll surely be back and will definitely try the pool next time. šŸ˜Šā™„ļø

Iā€™ve stayed at this hotel several times already. Itā€™s not because the hotel is super modern or luxury the building is quite old and there are some small imperfections but the place has a very warm, cozy, family-like atmosphere that I really enjoy. The staff are always incredibly kind and friendly, which makes a big difference. The pool area could feel a bit more comfortable, but honestly I still canā€™t complain. For the price and the location in the heart of Makati, I think this hotel is definitely worth it. Overall, I can only say positive things about my stays here.

Their aircon is a little bit noisy so we can't sleep much. As for the room upon entering it has a smell of old wood already and it irritates the nose. Maybe it hasn't been used much.

The hotel looks nice, clean and classy and itā€™s good for the price with plate-in breakfast. The location is close to japanese restsurants and izakayas. They also have a nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Overall, we enjoy our stay and a had a comfortable sleep. cleanliness: 9/10 hotel location:9/10 service:9/10 breakfast:9/10 transport access:9/10
