Stayed with family

Had a lovely stay. The staff promptly greeted us upon arrival and provided us with a complimentary drink which was very thoughtful. We stayed in a building separate from the main hotel and had an incredible view with a quaint balcony. Staff assisted us by bringing out luggage to the room which was very kind after a long day of traveling. Complimentary breakfast was provided and the meal was incredible. Would certainly recommend booking with this phenomenal hotel.

Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen and interlaken!
