If you just need a place to stay the night in Katipunan, then you can book Studio 89. We just had a minor issue with the door lock but it was resolved in no time, thanks to the responsive staff. Also, slippers are sold for Php 30, hair dryer is provided upon request, water dispenser and microwave oven are shared amenities (not sure for the premium suites).

We had a very wonderful stay at Studio 89. The cabinets were spacious for each of the three of us, enough to keep our things intact. The room is also beingn cleaned daily and we love the thought of lying down in a well-kempt bed. The dorm was convenient for grabcar and grab food riders, and the staffs were accommodating. Overall, we would love to recommend the dormitory to our friends, and would definitely go back again if we’ll have to work on the same area again.

Nice and clean place. Very alfriendly staffs. Single beds with individual working table convenient when you book for trainings and work. Water dispenser and microwave is available near the elevator for everyone's use per floor.

I highly recommend Studio 89 Residences. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. This place is worthwhile! The hotel is located around Ateneo and Miriam. Don’t be fooled there are a lot of fantastic restaurants and bars and the bustling streets makes it more appealing. Highly recommend this place.👍🏼😊

This is a great hotel. Great value for money. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is convenient to schools like ATENEO, and Miriam as well as to the train station. Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Would definitely recommend😊
