Amazing staff. They really exceeded my expectations. From the welcome drinks to hospitable staff. They even provided complimentary water bottle everyday and make up my room with new towel everyday. am very happy with the hotel service except one of the front staff which was not so friendly. Hotel location is a bit far from BTS but they provide free shuttle to nearer BTS from 9am to 5pm. Hotel surrounding easily to find 7-11, massage and eating place!

the room is clean and spacious. I was glad to find a hotel around this area which we used to parked our luggage early in the morning before roaming around for breakfast. it is not exactly near any BTS however, finding good food isn’t tough. there are local stalls that set up early morning, just around the corner. good chicken rice at 50baht and a really tasty omelette stall at 30 baht.

Stayed at True Siam for 6 days and it was nice! Victory Monument BTS is just 5-10 mins away (depends on how fast you walk haha). The area is near many 7/11 stores, cafes, malls, restaurants, and massage spa/s. The hotel is also near King Power Duty Free😊The staffs are nice and accommodating. Rooms are always clean as well as the hotel surroundings. Thanks, True Siam!

My family stayed in the family room. The room was very spacious and clean. There is exchange service, and the rate was good. We included breakfast and the food was very nice. There were lots of small shops on the street near the hotel. We were very satisfied with the hotel.
