The room was clean and had a nice view, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. ❤️
The only issue I had was during check-out. There was a stain on the bedsheet and pillow. Of course, we didn’t notice it while we were staying, and it may have happened from something we brought in from outside. We were asked to pay a 120 baht fee—60 baht for the pillow stain and 60 baht for the bedsheet.
I didn’t question it at the time since we were already checking out and heading back home, and we just wanted to get to the airport.
Aside from that, everything was great. We still enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! 👍🫶

the place is cheap but too far from the attractions. the front desk is accommodating. the room itself can give you rest. spacious for a king deluxe room. just check the beddings, ensure cleanliness and the smell of it is not giving

Over all we had a wonderful stay at Siam. The hotel was clean especially our spacious family room and had 2 bathrooms. Accomodating staffs, and always replenish toiletries and bottled water...would be great if theres a microwave oven and hair dry...anyways we're thankful! till next time!

Great location near Chatuchak Weekend Market and close to Ari—one of Bangkok’s coolest neighborhoods with amazing cafés and streets. MRT is about a 15-minute walk.
Rooms are consistently clean, and most staff are polite and friendly. However, we had an issue on our last night—one staff member said no standard rooms were available for short-term luggage storage, but another staff confirmed availability the next day. It felt like we were being pushed to keep the more expensive room, which didn’t make sense for our needs.
That said, the rest of the team—especially the male receptionist—was very helpful and accommodating.
Overall: 4/5 ⭐️ (great stay, with one service inconsistency).

We had a great stay at the hotel, and I appreciate all the staff who assisted us to ensure we were in good hands. What I like about the room we stayed in was the cleanliness, and most especially, there are no bed bugs, which is really important for me as a traveler. Overall, I recommend Siam Palace Hotel to those who are looking for affordable rates, yet the quality is good.
For consideration: if there is an opportunity that they can still improve their services by providing more essentials like toiletries and hair dryers, and also a sufficient water supply while taking a shower, that would be great!
