Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Sentral KL. We were given a spacious twin room with clean and comfortable bedding, along with two different lighting options that created a nice backdrop and atmosphere. The room was surprisingly spacious for a twin-bedding setup, and everything was generally well maintained. Breakfast was average, but acceptable for a three-star hotel. Overall, I was quite happy with the experience and would highly recommend Hotel Sentral KL to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in KL. There are a few areas that could be improved. The lift definitely needs an upgrade, especially the buttons and overall condition. The ironing area also needs to be cleaned, revamped and repositioned for better convenience. The water cooler could also be replaced with a newer and better-quality unit. Service: Good Cleanliness: Good Maintenance: Good, with some areas needing improvement Overall: Very good, recommended for a KL stay.

The room we received, a twin room bedding with a Menara 118 view. Plus point after the lift on the right-hand is the room. Things need to be refurbished and upgrade is the air-con fents need to be cleaned was not cleaned as the dust sticked inside the vents. The bathroom and shower needed to be upgraded. The room wasn't in good smell; there was Inside the room, there was a foul odor that indicated poor air quality, and an air freshener should be installed. Additionally, the air conditioning control needed to be replaced. These are the things that need to be upgraded and refurbished to maintain our trust. Thank you.

This is a pretty decent accommodation for budget travelers. I had to check in early, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate that. Aesthetics-wise, you could tell the hotel was old as the room looked dated, but AC and water heater was working well so no complaints. There is also a water dispenser at the hallway that you can utilize.

Location wise- Very ideal! Hotel is walking distance to KL Sentral, NU Sentral Mall(You ca exchange currency here), Convenience stores, lots of restaurants. Hotel Room - Strong current of water in the bathroom & clean bed. HOWEVER, there are a lot of small cockroaches inside the hotel room (especially the freaking bed) I was worried that it will enter my ear while Im asleep. So wear earplugs.
