We very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. There was one problem we raised and it was resolved immediately. The location is near the place where we want to go.

This is my third time staying at Holiday Inn, service is still top notch even on my 3rd time. Main reason i keep on booming this hotel is it’s location, it is centrally located to shopping malls like central world, big c, gaysorn amarin and central embassy. A train station is just right in front of the hotel so it is easily accessible. Staff is amazing! Professional and always smiling. Never had a bad experience with them. will definitely recommend

The location is excellent ! we took train from and to airport. there is a lift at the chit lim station which just next to the hotel. Staff are totally friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. Coffee, pastries, yogurt … etc provided on 12/F excutive lounge in the morning. If I come back to Bangkok, I will stay in holiday inn again.
