This hotel is great, it’s like a home away from home, kids enjoyed the bunk bed, easy commute to Disney and back, had activities within the hotel, will be back again!

Our family had a great stay at Sheraton Grande Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized. We felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future. 😊

Huge room for Japan standards, really comfortable beds of good size, able to do laundry at laundry room (need to pay in coins), able to purchase physical Disney tickets at ticket counter, easy access to Tokyo Disney parks, and multiple options for breakfast depending on your preference! Would recommend the Japanese option at Asuka, is not buffet style but great quality food available (fixed set and dishes only).

Very beautiful hotel close/walking distance to monorail for Disney Parks. Comfy, plush beds. We had the breakfast buffet included with our reservation. We ate mostly the western dishes and the food was subpar on the flavor.

we had a great stay at the Sheraton. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. location is perfect, only a short walk to Bayside station for the monorail. Food is a bit pricey there but we ate mainly at Disney, a lot more affordable. It's a shame early check in isn't allowed but other then that we had a great experience.

Our stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located for anyone visiting Tokyo Disney Resort, with easy shuttle access and direct monorail connections, which made getting around very smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. While the decor felt slightly dated in some parts, everything was well-maintained and functional. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome kit and tea/coffee setup.Check-in and check-out were efficient, though at peak times, the lobby did get a bit crowded. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout.
