location is really good, accessible to everything. ATM nearby. three 711 is there, spa salon is everywhere. mcdo is very near. streetfood is just outside the bldg. BTS or MRT is just infront of hotel. milktea and restos are just beside it. staff is all friendly and accommodating. checkin and checkout is easy. free complimentary drinks at the lobby. lap pool is cool with a great view. hotel room not so good because there’s no view, just aircon and other stuff, but on the klook app there’s a view. lights are not bright, its dim. the good thing is that our room 616 is just right next to the elevator. free breakfast is good too, i love it the BTS and road is the view while eating. i can see manakhon tower too. i will definitely book here again soon. thank you.

good location with train station in front and a lot of convenience store and restaurant . will go back to this hotel

Very good location and a few steps to BTS Train Ching Nonsi station and just in front of Mahanakhon Skywalk Tower. I love the location , 2 711 in the area. a lot of restaurant , cafe and good ones. it is a few minutes walk to Soi 5 , the hidden alley for locals from 6-10 am morning market. love this hotel and I extended my stay.

the location is very accessible. the room is pristine. food for breakfast is awesome and the staffs are remarkable

The hotel is nice close to BTS, outside has 7/11 and local cafe/resturant walking distance. The area is nice and accessible. The staff are helpful they bring the luggage to to your room. Apparently we got upgraded to premier room. Thanks for nice stay would recommend the room. Good valie for money, has nice viw from 10 th floor with swimming pool.

great location, breakfast was great, excellent value for money, rooms are clean and well kept, staffs are superb! we were there on my daughter's birthday and breakfast staff heard family members greeting my daughter, after few minutes staff came with cake and singing happy birthday! we were surprised with their sweet gesture. Job well done

Areas for Improvement • First Impressions: There is a noticeable odor from the canal near the entrance, which can be quite unpleasant when arriving or leaving. • Connectivity Issues: The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow, which was frustrating for planning daily activities. • Sound Insulation: The rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which impacted sleep quality.

the hotel lies in the best location around Silom area. Very close to BTS Chong NonSi, so you can travel around Bangkok easily.
