I stayed at Hotel Venice during my trip to Kuala Lumpur, and overall it was a decent budget hotel. The location is one of its best features since it’s close to Berjaya Times Square, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to numerous affordable restaurants serving good food, as well as Berjaya. Although the building is somewhat dated, the room would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, as I noticed some hairs in both the bathroom and the room. Providing slippers would also enhance the experience. The bed linens were satisfactory, especially compared to other hotels with unpleasant odors. The air conditioning was very effective, and the lighting was adequate. The shower offered both hot and cold water. However, the TV only featured local channels. While two complimentary bottles of water were provided, the glasses showed some residual dirt from previous use. Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

It was just a 1 night stay, but we did sleep well. Though the cleanliness can be improved but we appreciate the overall stay.

The room is a little bit old, the wallpaper and the stuff inside the room is a little bit worn out. I hope the owner will try to improve it a little bit.

10/10 24hr receptionist since my flight arrived at 12am. 10/10 Location, near attractions. however hallways smells like cigarettes for me. 10/10 clean room and nice bathroom.
