We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shinsaibashi and would definitely book here again! The location is one of its biggest strengths—it’s within walking distance of so many iconic spots in Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Having a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel was also a huge plus. I also really appreciated that the hotel provided a hair iron and a clothing steamer upon request, which made getting ready so much easier. The amenities were great as well—the cleansing oil was from DHC, which was such a nice surprise! The room was clean and comfortable overall. The only minor issue we noticed was some dust that had accumulated behind and along the sides of the fridge, but it didn't affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We'd happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located right across the street. It was also within easy walking distance of popular attractions like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, making it the perfect base for exploring the city, shopping, and enjoying the local food scene. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, convenience, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

This location was PRIME. Right in the middle of everything. Super close to metro. The hotel itself was standard, rooms were a good size but the location is the real draw to this place.

The location was perfect, clean, and had enough space for two people. Two large and two small pieces of luggage fit comfortably. The room heater worked great. The vanity kit was clean and complete. Will definitely book again.

Overall, okay. Clean and spacious. Quiet old already but clean. Main issue was the stairs to the elevator to main lobby. For guest with disability or with many and heavy luggages, the stairs is an issue. Though, it is just a few steps. Also, we are asked to pay for accommodation tax which I did not expect. I am expecting no additional charges.
