i booked a villa 2 bedroom, 3 deluxe rooms. spacious rooms, good sea view. The negatives are poor maintenence, our sinknwas blocked, swimming pool dirty, filters not working, cockroach in the toilet bowl which was hard to flush , room 311 toilet flush not working, breakfast not impressive, few choices only, food cheap. lots of stuff need repairs. I like it when they sent a nurse to give us diatabs when some of the family Members had diarrhea . maybe not from the hotel food but outside.

It was a very nice experience to be in this hotel resort. Room is clean, spacious and totally commendable. My family really enjoyed the stay, only breakfast is a bit limited on choices, we appreciate the food in Olives restaurant it is delicious. Staff are approachable. The place has an amazing view and relaxing vibes. Wide pools and sea view makes it perfect!

Our stay in Thunderbird Resorts is superb. The staffs are all nice and commendable. The only down side of our stay is the beach area is under renovation.

the place was beautiful, orvelooking the sea. the staff were also hospitable and nice. however, there were lots of big mosquitoes inside our room. nonetheless, our stay was pleasant.

Although a little bit old and in need of some tlc and renovations, what really made our stay at the Thunderbird Resorts are its accomodating staffs and its welcoming gestures. Upon check-in, we were asked if we are celebrating any event, and we casually informed them that we are on our anniversary trip. We were not expecting anything, just checked in and changed clothes to explore the place, take pictures and eat dinner. When we arrived back to our room, we were surprised to see a cake waiting for us in our room. Another is when it was the day of the check-out, one of their staff called not to blatantly remind us that we have to check out but to ask if we are in need of assistance when we check out later. Those little things made our stay at the Thunderbird worthwhile, other than the scenic views and Greece like ambiance.
