It’s rare to stay in a large hotel and experience great personal service, St Regis exceeded our expectations. We loved the warm welcome from staff who speak fluent English, the early check in, delicious buffet breakfast, super clean and large room, 24-hour tea/coffee butler service and the champagne sabering ritual. Location is perfect too, 10 mins walk to Taikoo Li and very quiet.
