An incredible stay from start to finish! The hotel combines a prime, accessible location with seamless airport transfers, exceptionally clean rooms, and outstanding daily housekeeping. Good atmosphere. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff are great and took good care of everything. Food was also great. The rooms are not sound proof though as we can hear the band playing and can't get a good sleep.

I was upgraded to premier room and all staff were very accomodating and very hospitable. had a wonderful time. location was good and near most restaurants. Beach beds were provided and can be used by in house guest only. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing view at the balcony.
